Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted when we send you a written confirmation containing the dispatch date. Until that confirmation is sent, no contract exists and no charge is final.

Prices and currency

Prices shown on this site are in United States dollars and include the goods only. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Duties and local taxes, where they apply, are payable by the recipient.

Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel an order at no cost until it enters production, which is the morning of the dispatch date shown in your confirmation. After production begins, the ingredients are committed and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Delivery

We dispatch with tracking and an estimated arrival window. We are responsible for the condition in which a parcel leaves our kitchen. If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photograph within forty-eight hours of delivery and we will remake and reship the order at no cost to you.

Food information

Ingredients and allergen information are printed on the box and are available by email before you order. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and soy, and we do not represent any product as free from cross-contact. Nothing on this site is nutritional or medical advice.

Use of this site

The text, illustrations and layout of this site belong to the company named above. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability relating to food safety. Subject to that, our liability in relation to an order is limited to remaking the order or refunding what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
