How long do the sweets keep?
Bonbons and caramels keep three weeks in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Pâte de fruit keeps four weeks. Cakes are made to order and are best within three days. Every box is dated on the base.
Do you refrigerate the chocolate?
No. Refrigeration dulls the shine and pulls moisture into the shell. Store between 16°C and 20°C. In warm months we ship with an insulated liner at no extra cost.
Can you make something without nuts, gluten, or dairy?
Several pieces are already free of nuts or gluten, and the shop lists which. We are a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten daily, so we do not claim a piece is free of cross-contact. Write to us before ordering if the requirement is medical.
How is a celebration cake ordered?
Place the order in the shop and reply to the confirmation email with the sponge, the filling, and the date. Cakes need seven days’ notice; shorter notice depends on the week.
Do you take corporate or event orders?
Yes. Thirty boxes and above are quoted individually, including printed cards and a delivery date. Write to orders@arianadoces.online with the quantity and the date and we reply with a written quote.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices on this site are in United States dollars (USD). Duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if a box arrives damaged?
Send a photograph within forty-eight hours of delivery and we remake and reship the order. We do not ask you to return a damaged box.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it enters production — which is the morning of the dispatch date shown in your confirmation. After that the ingredients are already committed.
Do you publish the full ingredient list?
Yes. Each piece has its ingredients printed on the box insert, and we send the same list by email on request before you order.
Are the photographs of your own work?
This site uses drawn illustration rather than photography, so that nothing on the page promises a finish we did not produce that day.
Ordering for a date?
Tell us the date and the number of people and we will say plainly whether we can make it well in that time.
